- Shipping: Monday-Wednesday, any order placed after 1pm on Wednesday will be shipped the next Monday. This is to prevent any delays over the weekend and to guarantee your macarons will arrive as quickly and as fresh as possible to you!

I recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance so I have enough time to handle production and make sure they arrive 1-2 days before your event. If your event is less than three weeks away, that's no problem—just let me know the date, and I'll see if I can make it work. 
Our boxes are packaged in an mailer with an ice pack to ensure freshness upon arrival. 

- Storage and Freshness: Processing can take 2-3 days depending on how busy we are. Carefully packaged, Macarons stay safe and fresh for up to two weeks when stored in the fridge or up to one month in the freezer in a air tight container.
