Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Under certain circumstances, and on a case-by-case basis, Izzy Macarons will offer a credit or re-order. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of when your package was received. For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product. We will make every effort to make sure that you have enjoyed your experience.
