Happy Birthday - Customized French Macarons

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered customized macarons for my daughter’s birthday, specifically requesting that they include a “Happy Birthday” message. That customization was the main reason I chose this company. Unfortunately, the macarons arrived without the custom message, making the order incomplete and not what I paid for.

This was a special occasion, and the mistake was extremely disappointing. I expected my order to be fulfilled exactly as requested and as advertised on your website.

I am requesting a refund because the order was not completed as promised. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this company again and cannot recommend it to others.

The macaroons were perfect and adorable and arrive on time in Port Washington WI!

Very good and delicious

I had them sent to my mother, who is gluten-free and she loved them! It is hard to find good cupcakes and she was so happy she ate them all in one day! Will be ordering again! Thank you!
