Allergy Notice
Our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles nuts. Even chocolates that do not contain nut ingredients may contain traces of nuts. For this reason, our products are not suitable for individuals with nut or peanut allergies.

Shipping & Heat Sensitivity
We carefully pack all chocolates with protective materials. However, due to transport conditions, chocolates may soften or melt in warm temperatures. To reduce this risk, we recommend selecting express shipping and ensuring your package is received as soon as possible after delivery.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll be happy to work with you on a solution, whether that’s a replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

STORAGE
They will last 1 month after received in a dry space and airtight container (due to the macarons shells)
