Choose your flavors, macaron shell colors, and ribbon colors—just send me a note with your choices! You can mix and match any color for any flavor, and pick any ribbon color you like.

But don’t worry—we also accept rush orders.

INGREDIENTS
Shells: Almond Flour, Egg Whites, Confectioners’ Sugar, Artificial Food Coloring
Fillings: Fruit Jams, Ganaches, Cream Cheese, Butter, Dairy, Natural Flavoring
All fillings are cooked for stability and heat resistance, so they ship well even in warm weather.

STORAGE
Fridge: Good for 2 weeks. Bring to room temperature for ~20 min before serving.
Freezer: Airtight for 1 month. Defrost in fridge ~5 hrs, then ~20 min at room temperature.
