ABOUT THE ROLES

Baker

This is a hands-on production role focused on making macarons and helping maintain consistency in our daily baking process.

Responsibilities may include:

• Making macaron shells
• Filling and assembling macarons
• Organizing trays and production flow
• Standing for long periods of time
• Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Production Assistant

This role supports our daily production and packaging flow.

Responsibilities may include:

• Filling and assembling macarons
• Packaging orders
• Organizing production materials
• Assisting the team with daily kitchen tasks
• Helping keep workflow moving efficiently

Marketing / Customer Service

This role focuses on supporting the business side of the bakery.

Responsibilities may include:

• Answering customer messages and emails
• Assisting with order organization
• Helping with social media content
• Supporting daily business operations
• Creating a smooth customer experience
